Welcome to Ahimsa Native Plant Nursery – We’re currently an online-only nursery. We don’t yet have a traditional space where you can wander and enjoy the sights, smells, and textures of our plants, but perhaps in the future!

Order Fulfillment

Due to zoning restrictions all orders will be filled through a pre-arranged customer pick up time and location.

Primary pick up location is the commuter parking off Rt. 29 and Colonial Rd in Warrenton, VA.

Times available for order pick up:

Thursdays: 2:00pm – 3:00pm, 3:00pm – 4:00pm

Fridays: 1:00pm – 2:00pm, 2:00pm – 3:00pm, 3:00pm – 4:00pm, 4:00pm – 5:00pm, 5:00pm – 6:00pm

Saturdays: 10:00am – 11:00am, 11:00am – 12:00pm, 12:00pm – 1:00pm, 1:00pm – 2:00pm, 2:00pm – 3:00pm

Sundays: 1:00pm – 2:00pm, 2:00pm – 3:00pm, 3:00pm – 4:00pm, 4:00pm – 5:00pm

PLEASE ADHEAR TO YOUR SELECTED PICK UP TIME. AS WE WILL BE WAITING FOR YOU TO SAFELY DELIVER YOUR PLANTS.

If you don’t arrive during your scheduled time, it is possible we will not be at the pick up location, and you will have to reschedule your pick up.

Minimum Order

Ahimsa Native Plant Nursery is a small “one woman nursery”, in an effort to maximize my success, we are setting a minimum order of $75.00, I do hope to do away with this as soon as possible.

Tips for Placing Your Order
  • Creating an account is not required. It is an option that makes ordering the next time faster.
  • At checkout there is a notes section. Feel free to request an alternative pick up location in Warrenton, include contact information so we can confirm.
  • For smoother payment processing it is easier to pay online at checkout. Paying in person via exact cash or check is also smooth. Paying in person via credit card may add 5 minutes to the pick up process.
  • Please allow 2-3 days from when you place your order to when you schedule pick up. We suggest placing orders on Monday’s, Tuesday’s, Wednesday’s. Allowing us time to pack your order for Thursday through Sunday fulfillment.
  • Orders can be placed up to a month out, so if you are a planner and would like to place an order several weeks before pick up that is just fine.
